Brewery Ommegang is seeking individuals for the summer high season with kitchen experience. Positions include Line Cook, Dishwasher and Expo. Qualified candidates will have kitchen experience, be able to stand for long periods of time, have a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends and be able to continuously lift 50 pounds. High season is typically early May through early October.

Regional Market Manager - FL/GA/AL

We are currently seeking a Regional Market Manager for the FL/AL/GA region.  The qualified candidate will be located in Atlanta, GA or near a major metro area in the state of Florida. Competitive salary, bonus, car allowance, medical/dental, 401k, and other benefits available.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and execute national sales strategy through effective leadership and management of direct reports
  • Develop short and long term divisional business priorities and identify issues/opportunities across all trade channels
  • Deliver division shipments, depletion, contribution and distribution/RoS objectives
  • Manage divisional spend to budget and deliver ROI objectives
  • Manage and develop customer relationships, ensuring focus and execution against company objectives and provide appropriate feedback and direction based on performance
  • Develop and execute divisional sales and marketing programming ensuring consistency with company objectives
  • Deliver execution of strategic brand plans, price positioning, consumer marketing programs and new product launches
  • Develop and execute strategic alignment of wholesaler network
  • Develop  effective working relationship with senior distributor management teams driving strategic initiatives “top down”
  • Manage, coach, and develop direct reports
  • Manage brand projects, brand budgeting; prepare and present branded presentations to external audiences
  • Analyze performance to address variances and ensure that corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner
  • Forecast future shipment and depletions trends
  • Provide management with market intelligence including sales trends, product developments and competitor activity, and recommend strategies to address these trends
  • Observe all state and federal laws pertaining to the sale, merchandising and promotion of malt beverages
 
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 10 years of sales experience including team management, managing distributors and retail and managing chain account activities
  • Experience in managing luxury brands or high-end craft and specialty wine, beer or spirits brands
  • Strong alignment to company culture and values
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and with limited direction
  • Results oriented and determined in the face of a challenge
  • Ability to manage a team and influence customers to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with management, peers and across functions.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into practical execution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to speak in front of large groups
  • Ability to develop and interpret spend, performance and financial reports
  • Track record of success in commercial or sales positions managing a team of people and large customers
  • Willingness to travel for up to a week away from home and work out of normal hours with a good driving record
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point
