Our winter dining series has begun again! Join us every Saturday from February 7 through April 4 as we feature a local chef from the surrounding area's thriving culinary community. They will be preparing a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with one or more Ommegang beer as an ingredient. The food is served beginning when the store opens at noon, and lasts as long as the food does: usually around 2:30, so best to come early. Free tours and tastings are going on as well, so come by and pair some great beer with some great food! And best of all, it's FREE!

Scheduled chefs so far are:

February 14th: Shawn Aitchison. Legendary local chef has provided an array of dishes for us over the years, and is kind enough to be doing our Valentine's Day meal. And what says "I love you" more than spicy Hennepin chicken wings with a beer/Bleu cheese sauce?!?!?

February 21st: TBA

February 28th:Tin Bin Fudge. Fudge made with beer? Yes, you have gone to heaven.

March 7th: Vinny Avanzatto of Stell Luna of Oneonta, NY has THE BEST recipe for mussels. Do not miss this one.
