By New York State law, the direct shipment of our beer across state lines is prohibited. While we would obviously prefer to process your order and are flattered by your interest in our beers,please do not attempt to order beer online to out of state addresses.

REFUNDS

All products are guaranteed to be free of defect upon receipt. If you receive damaged merchandise please call us immediately. We will either send a replacement free of charge or credit your credit card for the purchase amount less shipping. Products purchased by check will be replaced free of charge. Depending upon the state that you live in you may have other rights and or limitations that affect this policy. We may request return of the damaged item. We ship via UPS in the continental United States. No international orders are possible due to high shipping costs

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

A shipping and handling charge is added to your order. This amount is based on the weight of your package and where it ships. These charges will be calculated for you when you place your order. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us before your order.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING 2008

Due to the nature of Holiday Shipping Traffic we encourage you to order early so that any gifts will arrive on time for the holidays. Orders placed on line after December 15th are not guaranteed to arrive by December 25th. This depends greatly on the final destination. You can arrange for overnight shipping or 2nd Day Air by selecting the appropriate shipment method when checking out. Additional Charges apply for these services.
