In order to protect minors and insure that those of legal drinking age are purchasing and receiving the appropriate product, the Beers of Brewery Ommegang can only be sent to a NEW YORK STATE ADDRESS.YOU MUST BE 21 years old or older to purchase and receive beer. An adult, 21 years of age or older, must accept delivery. All deliveries are made via UPS. To purchase beer on this site you must enter your Date of Birth and a New York State Drivers License Number in the appropriate fields in the online order form. Additionally, we require a Fax, Scan or photocopy of a valid US drivers license or passport. E-mail a scan of your license to shop@ommegang.com.

Alcohol Purchase Agreement: Conditions of Purchase & Delivery

Brewery Ommegang Inc. fully supports the letter and intent of the New York State laws governing the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages by taking necessary precautionary measures to verify that a recipient of alcoholic beverages is of legal drinking age. To purchase and receive delivery of alcoholic beverages you must be over the age of 21 and must provide a valid photographic identification document (specified below) to us verifying your age. Please also note that a beer purchase will not be delivered to a vacant home or office; and it must be received by an individual over the age of 21. By purchasing beer from Brewery Ommegang, you consent to the following: I am over the age of 21. I have one of the following valid photographic identification documents verifying my age: 1.Valid New York State driver’s license or a valid driver’s license from any other state; 2.Valid Passport from the United States government, 3) NY State Identification card. I have read all of the conditions for the purchase and delivery of alcoholic beverages from Brewery Ommegang, and am in agreement with all of these conditions.


Summary

2. Beer can only be shipped to a NY address.
3. Beer can only be accepted by an adult 21 or older.
4. We must have a copy of your drivers license on file before we can send your purchase.
