It’s been said that chocolate is happiness you can eat. Likewise, we contend that Three Philosophers, our Belgian-style quadruple, is wisdom you can drink. Married together, we present a beer for mind and soul; a deeply-considered chocolate philosophy. For this project, we partnered with the artisans at Taza Chocolate, who shared their cocoa and their expertise in pursuit of sweet perfection. Swirl, sip, and melt away…
This heavenly confection pours a deep caramel in color with mahogany flecks, topped by a foamy tan head. Semi-sweet cocoa and subtle vanilla prevail in the aroma. The mouthfeel is textured and full-bodied, with caramel, toffee and dark fruit wrapped in the embrace of rich, decadent Taza chocolate, culminating in a refreshingly smooth, lingering finish.
