FEAST

Join us at the Tap House at Brewery Ommegang for a feast to celebrate the launch of For The Throne, our latest Game of Thrones-inspired beer. The evening begins with a welcome reception from 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm with passed hors d’oeuvres followed by the feast from 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm.

Menu:

Cocktail hour: Smoked white fish on rice cracker with caviar Chicken liver with bacon, shallots and capers

1st course: Bone marrow served with sourdough crostini Snails in garlic parsley butter Charcuterie and cheese assortment Cucumber and radish salad

2nd course: Oysters Rockefeller Deep-fried oysters with rémoulade Oysters on half shell with mignonette

3rd course: Whole suckling pig Herb-roasted root vegetables Brûléed potatoes Roasted cherry tomatoes

Dessert: Lemon tart cupcakes

Ticket price also includes a 1LT. Game of Thrones and Brewery Ommegang-branded growler with a fill of your choice of Brewery Ommegang beers. Please note: menu items subject to change based on availability; there are no vegetarian or gluten-free options for this event. Guests must be 21+ to attend.
