Wine vs. Stein

It’s Back!! Join us at the Mansion for a special revival of our Wine vs. Stein Pairing Competition featuring wines from the Bordeaux region of France and Beers from Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, NY. Executive Chef Freddy has prepared a special, four-course dinner that was sent to both Duclot la Vinicole & Brewery Ommegang. They’ve reviewed the menu and picked their absolute BEST pairing for each of the four courses. They’re both confident they will win the competition with these picks, but you are the judge! At the conclusion of the meal, all votes will be tallied to determine if Wine or Beer will reign supreme! *due to social distancing restrictions, you must reserve a table for 2, 4, 6, or 8 in lieu of individual tickets. Table sizes CANNOT be altered. $175 per person, all-inclusive Cancellation Policy: there is a $25 per table cancellation fee if canceled before 48 hours leading up to the event. If you cancel within 48 hours leading up to the event, no refund will be issued.
