Enjoy a guided tasting from our expert staff and imbibe in all of our wonderful creations.

Our guided tastings take you on a trip through our history with beers from our storied heritage series and propel you forward with some of our latest creations as well.

To secure your tasting spot you must arrive in person before the tasting, spots are all first-come, first-served. To sign up for a tasting, see a mercantile team member. Tastings are $24 per guest.

Tasting Schedules

Tastings are offered Wednesdays through Sundays from 1PM-5PM. Tastings are offered every hour on the hour beginning at 1PM and ending at 5 PM; therefore, Tastings occur at 1PM, 2PM, 3PM, 4PM, and 5PM Wednesday through Sunday. [21+]

Arrive Early

A brewery is a busy place, and it’s especially busy here during the summer. To ensure you can secure a spot we suggest arriving early.

What is a Tour? 

Step behind the scenes of our beautiful, 135-acre property and learn more about how we make our award-winning, Belgian-inspired beers.  

When are Tours offered? 

Tours are offered on weekends only. Our Firepit Friday Tour begins at 5:30 PM and ends at 6 PM. Tours are offered every Saturday and Sunday at 12:30 PM.  

Reminder: On Saturdays and Sundays, if the hour is not booked with a Tasting, guests may request a tour either on the half hour or hour. For example, if there are no Tasting Guests at 2:30PM, a tour could begin at 2:30PM or 3PM. 

How much does a Tour cost?  

Tours are $10 per guest and end with a photo opportunity underneath our gorgeous archway.  

How long is a Tour? 

Tours are approximately 30 minutes.
